Our Mission
To equip our heroes (veterans, police, fire, and first responders) with another tool to invest in their process of healing both mentally and physically through the introduction of sauna and cold plunge therapy.
The Problem:
Over 22 services members and veterans commit suicide every day.
PTSD and divorce amongst our service members and the service industry continues to rise.
Resiliency programs have not decreased these stats in our Hero community.
Many of our Heroes slip through the cracks, or do not conform to the traditional methods of therapy for their individual needs when it comes to acute injuries sustained while serving the greater good.

Veterans (Army, Navy, Air force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard)
Police (Current and former)
Firefighters (Current and former)
First Responders (Current and former)
Gold Star Families (Those who have lost a service member while in service to this country)
What Do We Do?
Deliver mobile sauna and cold plunge to the place of residence for a maximum of 2 weeks of free use.
Build on site saunas at the place of residence with the help of Cedar North Construction LLC. These are built at minimum cost to the veteran and funded through donations and fundraising.
Coordinate events using our mobile saunas for our Heroes to be able to try our saunas without having them on their property.
